Why Talent Attraction?

Danish Sound Cluster has started a "Talent Attraction" project in 2023, so that people in general - and talents in particular - get a better knowledge of the Danish sound ecosystem and the many opportunities for studies and jobs. The goal is to ensure long-term innovation by:

• Increase the number of new students for the studies in sound/acoustics at the educational institutions.
• Increase the number of new talents to vacant positions in the sound industry.

A branding campaign of an entire sector is only possible with a joint effort, which is why the network is working on defining, prioritizing and executing on joint efforts going forward that can help make the "cake bigger". After the first meetings, some concrete campaign opportunities have arisen, where a smaller group now comes up with concrete initiatives for the common good and to be encouraged at future meetings.

• Orientation from the working group – DSE Fair, DTU, 20-21. March 2024

    • "Landing page" for joint talent attraction

• Summer / Autumn 2024 – prioritization of relevant activities and platforms.

The target group
