Why Talent Attraction?

Danish Sound Cluster has established a "Talent Attraction" network to spread knowledge of the Danish sound ecosystem and the many opportunities for studies and future jobs. The goal of the network is to ensure long-term innovation by:

• Increase the number of new students for the studies in sound/acoustics at the educational institutions.
• Increase the number of new talents to vacant positions in the sound industry.

Agenda - online

• Welcome – brief introduction of any newcomers.
• Summary from previous meetings:
  • Should we join forces to develop a Sound Industry Master's program at DTU?
  • Should we join together in joint activities aimed at primary and secondary schools?
  • Should we revisit or further develop our branding and video material?
• Possible joint participation in upcoming events:
  • 2025 9-10 April: DSE Fair at DTU
  • 2025 March 17-20: DAGA Conference in the Bella Center
  • Other relevant job fairs or sound-related events (please provide input)
• Upcoming meeting
  • Proposal: personal meeting at the beginning of February. Host? Agenda?

The target group

The network is made up of key people from the audio industry who work with or have an interest in Employer Branding, for example HR, Communications, R&D line managers etc. If you work with Employer Branding, talent attraction and recruitment - then you should participate!
