With over 15 years of experience driving business results and leading development teams across the USA, Far East, and Europe, Claus has demonstrated high-level leadership across multiple functions. His expertise spans product and portfolio management, R&D, innovation, marketing, key account management, sales, pricing, supply chain management, finance, talent development, and overall business unit administration.

 

Lars Risbo Cofounder

A disruptive systems innovator and entrepreneur with 30+ U.S. patents, Lars is driven by solving the right problems—not just the obvious ones. He combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership, consistently challenging assumptions and conventional thinking to uncover the true root causes behind complex challenges.

He believes that 90% of innovation lies in thoroughly understanding the problem, while the remaining 10% is the creative leap that connects insights across disciplines into breakthrough solutions. He embraces fast, low-cost experimentation and views failure as a necessary step on the path to success.
