Project title: Use of 3D printing for production innovation in the Sound Industry
Description:
Additive manufacturing such as 3D print and/or Digital manufacturing can be used to develop and innovate production in the audio industry either for prototyping or product manufacturing. There is a wide range of sustainable and growth-creating benefits from getting started with Additive manufacturing.
In this project each participating companies are working hands on each their products to explore product innovation possibilities with print and learn from each other.
The project includes a 3D printing workshop where the project participant gains solid knowledge of the 3D technologies and their potential in your business for example:
- For quick innovation and iteration with rapid prototyping
- For creating customized and highly complex products
- For the production of small batches
- Additionally, 3D-printing offers the potential to reduce material waste, eliminate expensive molds and tooling, and speed up time to market.
