Join this network meeting on how founders become true leaders and the personal problems/dilemmas this development might cause them. Join us to hear more – founders, team members and startup supporters (investors, board members, mentors, etc.) are all welcome to join us!

How – as a founder – do you grow as leader?  

As a startup founder – either you are alone or in a team – you are going to be your own leader and at some point, the leader of others. Often you do not have the time to sit and reflect or to develop your own personal leadership. You might find yourself alone in the process and progress of yourself as manager/leader. 

Programme:   

From 16:45 – Welcome and check in  

17:00 – 18:00   

Mia Jung, Head of Leadership Development at CBS, will talk about CBS’ personal leadership programme for startup founders and elaborate why CBS has chosen to run a leadership program for startup founders. Mia will also share some of her own takes on the founder and leadership role. 

Pedro Costa, Founder, Auricle – Founder story of personal experience with participating in CBS’ leadership programme. 

18:00-21:00 Christmas networking Tapas and drinks!

At this annual matchmaking event, we invite founders, team members as well as startup supporters (investors, board members, mentors, etc.). As part of the eco system for sound startups, you are ready to share your own knowledge and experiences and willing to meet new people for future collaboration.
