Since 2008 the share of the population who has listened to a podcast within a three-month time span has grown from 6% to 40% and podcasting has become an integral part our media consumption today. But what does it really take to make a podcast?

If you are already an aspiring or experienced podcaster you’ve probably heard of the audio editing software Hindenburg. Founder and broadcast radio expert Nick Dunkerley will explain some of the historical reasons why we have the radiophonic standards we have and why Hindenburg is trying to make life a little easier for the sound creative. To round things up Søren Brunsgaard from the member community Center For Podcasting will give his perspective on how you publish, market, partner with commercial brands and how you as an independent can engage with the podcast community in Denmark.
