Creative Sound Solutions 2024

Yet another year of productive group meetings 

The group’s work focuses on how sound is included as a content, experience and communication element in digital media formats such as gaming, film, podcast, TV, music, radio, social media and digital streaming. The group’s discussions involve both profiles from the creative industry and researchers from the field. 

  • What is the latest sound technology development in Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality, and in what (new) contexts can it be used? 
  • How can technologies such as 3D sound, multichannel sound, AI and 5G be used to improve the sound quality and user experience? 
  • How do we develop intelligent equipment to effectively improve the sound quality of audio products when demand is increasing but fewer hours are set aside to produce?
