In accordance with the articles of association of the ‘Danish Sound Cluster’, the annual ordinary general assembly is hereby convened:

Thursday, April 23, 2026, 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM

The general assembly will be held online on ‘Zoom’, see the link to connect at the bottom of this message.

Agenda according to the articles of association:

1. Election of chairperson and rapporteur

2. Presentation of the board’s annual report, including the status of the adopted strategy and information on ongoing projects

3. Presentation of audited accounts for approval

4. Approval of budget for the coming financial year, including determination of membership fees

5. Processing of received proposals

6. Election of the board of directors

7. Election of financial auditor

8. Miscellaneous

The audited annual accounts (in Danish) will be published on our website ahead of the General Assembly.
