The conference will gather researchers, innovative tech experts, entrepreneurs and sound professionals from across the sound community. Join us for an engaging day of exploring sound and acoustics in architecture and room design.
It is well known that poor room acoustics and unhealthy sound environments can lead to serious health implications and cognitive impairment. However, despite years of research and WHO recommendations, acoustic consideration and implementation is often overlooked or underprioritized in design and building practice. Why is that the case, and what can we do to change it?
The Royal Danish Academy is the ideal setting for presenting leading voices in the field of acoustics, architecture and human sound perception. Besides talks and debates, there will be company demos, guided tours, startup & research pitch presentations and plenty of networking opportunities.
