Agenda according to the articles of association:
- Election of chairman and referee
- Presentation of the board’s annual report, including the status of the adopted strategy and information on ongoing projects
- Presentation of audited accounts for approval
- Approval of the budget for the coming financial year, including determination of subscription fees
- Processing of received proposals
- Election of the board of directors
- Election of auditor
- Miscellaneous
The annual report (in Danish) will be published on our website ahead of the General Assembly. A direct link will be sent to all registered participants once the report is available.

Participants who register for the online option will receive a link to join the meeting prior to the event.
