Agenda according to the articles of association:
- Election of chairman and referee
- Presentation of the board’s annual report, including the status of the adopted strategy and information on ongoing projects
- Presentation of audited accounts for approval
- Approval of the budget for the coming financial year, including determination of subscription fees
- Processing of received proposals
- Election of the board of directors
- Election of auditor
- Miscellaneous
The annual report (in Danish) will be published on our website ahead of the General Assembly. A direct link will be sent to all registered participants once the report is available.
Registration is required by 17 April 2025
Please register by sending an email to Murielle De Smedt at mds@danishsoundcluster.dk – kindly specify whether you will participate in person in Struer or online.
Participants who register for the online option will receive a link to join the meeting prior to the event.
