Program

During this webinar, Morten and Lars will cover a range of topics related to sound at the festival. They will start with the history of the festival itself, and how sound has played an important role in creating the unique Roskilde experience. They’ll also discuss how their sound setup and equipment has evolved over time, and how they manage and measure sound levels to ensure the safety and enjoyment of festival-goers.

This webinar is not just about gear and audio nerding – Morten and Lars will also share insights into the dynamics within their team. They will talk about how they communicate and work together on complex tasks on such a large scale, giving the audience a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to put on a festival of this size and scope.

Morten and Lars will also tell the story of how their cooperation with Meyer Sound began, and what they have learned from working with this renowned company. Finally, the audience will hear about the research Morten and Lars are conducting, including their collaboration partners and the exciting developments. They will also invite you to a special event happening this June, which starts with an “R” and ends with “estival.”

This promises to be an exciting and informative webinar for anyone interested in the intersection of sound, music, and live events.
